Processing Time
We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.
Delivery Estimates
Our estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder or contact us at info@insua-carbon.com. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect the package’s journey.
Address Changes
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@insua-carbon.com. Changes can only be made before the order is processed. Orders with incorrect addresses that have already shipped cannot be refunded or replaced.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Depending on your country, additional taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply once your package arrives. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our pricing. Customers are responsible for paying these fees and ensuring compliance with local import laws. For EU customers, VAT is included at checkout under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.
Package Pickup
If your local courier requires you to pick up your package from a designated location, it is your responsibility to retrieve it within the given timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the package being returned to us or discarded. In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be provided.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its status. If you believe your package was not delivered, contact your local carrier to file a claim. For further assistance, email us with supporting documentation from the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@insua-carbon.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
